Gangs of New York plot
"WAR DECLARED on GANGLAND!"
Police officer Rocky Thorpe infiltrates a crime syndicate. This syndicate is run by John Franklin, an incarcerated mob boss. Franklin runs a shortwave radio through his business, which he has hidden in his cell. Franklin is caught and placed in solitary confinement. Thorpe, who looks exactly like Franklin, takes his place. Thorpe plans to subtly alter the gang's activities and roll it up that way. Thorpe has the gang properly document their activities. Trouble arises for Thorpe when Franklin manages to escape.
