Water and Power plot

A meditation on industrialization and the desert created by Los Angeles' water use. O'Neill made this film partly in response to the film 'Koyaanisqatsi'. He makes frequent use of optical processing of the images, collages full of internal contradictions and he suggests that there is an insurmountable conflict between industry and nature.
