Miles Montego (Ja Rule) has everything: cars, boats, a good head, a nice house, money, women, but more importantly, he has a past. Miles has always been a high-ranking drug mule. He has put his illegal past behind him, but the DEA can't let go of him. Miles' only problem is that he is very loyal to his friends who are still active in their illegal lucrative business.
