Jak Utopit Doktora Mrácka aneb Konec Vodniku v Cechách plot
Immortal water nymphs still live in Bohemia, under the dictatorial leadership of Mr. Wassermann. When one of them shows a phenomenal diving performance, the communist leaders decide to reward him and his family by demolishing their damp house and building a new, dry house. The water nymphs do not like this and try to kill the leader of the project, the good lawyer Jindrich Mrácek, by drowning him. This turns out to be more difficult than expected, especially when one of them, Jana, falls in love with him.
