A woman is completely upset after being driven off the highway by the deranged driver of a van. Her story is not really taken seriously by the police or TV channels until another woman is attacked in the same way, this time with a fatal outcome. The police have no idea where to start their investigation and a TV reporter sets out to investigate himself. Meanwhile, the perpetrator makes more and more victims...
