"Revenge has a new name."
In a poor neighborhood of Santiago, Dominican Republic, where the streets are run by drug dealers, a humble butcher tries to raise his 10-year-old son Luisito. After witnessing his father's murder by New York criminal Rafa, Luisito meets General Colon, head of the Dominican secret police. Colon accepts the boy's desire for revenge and trains him to become a ruthless killer. Twenty years later, Luisito has grown up to be Colon's best hit man.
