The alien CJ7 still lives with the poor slobs Dicky and his father Ti. Their happiness is disrupted when Dicky's classmate Tarthead learns of CJ7's existence. Tarthead's greedy father kidnaps CJ7 to his lab to extract his enormous powers from the creature. Ti and Dicky try to get CJ7 back.
