Piesen o Sivom Holubovi plot
World War II in Slovakia. In five segments, the war is presented to us through the eyes of three children. The three go on different adventures. They try to keep a soldier out of the hands of the Germans, they meet a Russian partisan and they help the resistance fighters. As they become schooled in life and how to avoid danger, various circumstances continue to remind them of the war itself.
