"A FIEND MENACES A CITY'S THOUSANDS"
Harry Crowel manages to escape after 15 years in prison. He has only one thought: to take revenge on the man to whom he owes those 15 years - his ex-partner and now wealthy Horace Granville. He even manages to assume Granville's identity while imprisoning him in a cave. Gene, Bert and Tiny, three friends, spring into action at one point.
