"Can you light your water on fire?"
It's happening all over America these days: rural landowners who receive a letter from an energy company wanting to lease their land. The reason is that they hope to be able to drill into the ground that is also called 'the Saudi Arabia for Gas'. Multinational Halliburton has developed a system to conveniently pump up this gas, called 'fracking', which suddenly turns the US into an energy superpower. But is all this really so safe? For example, the residents of one of the towns that director Fox visits finds out that they can set their drinking water on fire...
