Circle of Fear plot

While fleeing the besieged city of Phnom Penh, Tom Price loses his Filipino wife. He was just too late to save her. Spiritually devastated, he asks his brother Charlie to take care of their 3-year-old daughter. 13 years later, Tom gets a terrified phone call from his brother Charlie in Manila. It turns out to be his last conversation, because he is shot dead. Tom Price then leaves for Manila and discovers that his life is also in danger. However, Price is not afraid of a little one and wants to free his only daughter from the drug and prostitution trade at all costs. But will he be on time this time?
