Shikeidai no Erebêtâ plot

Meiko is the sensual mistress of the surgeon Tokito. He works in Meiko's husband's company. The main characters' lives take a turn for the worse when Tokito, incited by Meiko, kills his boss. It seems like a perfect murder, until disaster strikes; Tokito gets trapped in an elevator and Tokito's car is stolen by a young couple, who also commit murder.
