Avant l'Aube plot
"Some crimes can't be covered up..."
Frédéric, in his mid-twenties, has recently been released and works overnight at a highly regarded hotel in the breathtaking Pyrenees. One night he sees the hotel owner, Jacques Couvreur, and his son hiding a damaged car. When the police investigate the death of a hotel guest, Frédéric protects his boss who rewards him with a promotion and takes him under his wing. He is touched by Jacques' fatherly attitude and becomes fascinated by his family and lifestyle.
