Powder River Rustlers plot

"ROCKY SMASHES LAND-GRAB SWINDLE!...and a ghost town leaps into wild and lusty life! Rough and roaring action with the West's toughest cowboy!"

El Dorado will be connected to the rail network and that will mean more prosperity for the residents. The corrupt 'Shears' Williams has old Nugget Clark, a fake railroad agent, tell the residents that the residents have to contribute $50,000 to build a railroad bridge. When the railroad cop 'Rocky' Lane arrives in El Dorado, he immediately concludes that this story is false. Lane searches for his missing friend and also railroad agent Bob Manning. He also hopes to be able to unmask Clark and Williams immediately.
