"Not Everyone Will Make It"

An aspiring British government minister uncovers a terrorist plot to detonate a nuclear bomb in London. He flees with a young American political adviser in a secret nuclear underground bunker (SNUB). Together with a group of individuals they are trapped in the bunker with no contact with the outside world. The bomb is found but attempts to dismantle it fail and central London is wiped out and the surrounding area is radioactively contaminated. The blast breaks a group of criminals out of a maximum-security prison. However, the radiation causes them to mutate. When the mutants reach the bunker, the question is whether everyone will survive.
