The Donor plot

"Not all surgery is elective."

Billy Castle (Jeff Wincott) is a successful stuntman who wakes up in the morning to find that a burglary has taken place. In his body that is, and the loot consists of a kidney, which is apparently intended as a donor kidney. Because he has a rare blood type, it's conceivable that the organ thief will return to get Billy's other kidney. He goes to investigate.
