Harold (Drake Bell) is a young inventor, but unfortunately his brilliant creations always end in spectacular failure. One day, his grandfather, who is also an inventor, gives him a mysterious potion. When he drinks this he changes from a bumbling nerd to a super cool dude. Surely this must be the solution to all his problems?
