Hour of the Assassin plot

San Pedro, South America. A turbulent country, on the brink of revolution. The new president, Villaverde, is about to take power, but the military wants to get him out of the way. After several failed attacks, America's most notorious assassin, Martin Fierro, is called upon. He wants to get the job done, because he still has an old score to settle with President Villaverde. The American CIA gets real wind of the plans and sends secret agent Merrick to San Pedro to prevent the assassination. Fierro makes a huge mistake when he falls in love with a beautiful and mysterious woman.
