Batoru Gâru: Tokyo Crisis Wars plot

After a meteorite crashes into Tokyo Bay, a poisonous cloud fills the city and a new alien virus causes the dead to rise and begin feeding on the living. To make matters worse, a gang is terrorizing the city and the Japanese army won't do anything about it. The only one who can bring salvation now is Keiko, a one-man army.
