"A bizarre series of murders has the NYPD baffled. Can a retired Scotland Yard Inspector uncovering the shattering truth?"

Retired Scotland Yard inspector and widower Teddy Harrison (Edward Woodward) wants to go to Australia to start a sheep farm. His daughter Cecilia Harrison (Elizabeth Hurley) lives in New York and lives with her boyfriend Frank DeMarco (Jeffrey Nordling), who is a press officer for the New York Police Department. Harrison wants to spend a few days in the Big Apple before going down-under. Harrison and Frank find themselves embroiled in a bizarre case of serial murder and encounter corruption and the IRA.
