I am not interested...

It's getting boring...

Walt Disney is fine, documentary is not my taste...

Long winded story...

I like The Pixar Story much more than this one...

Nice documentary.

For Disney enthusiasts, 'Waking Sleeping Beauty' is an essential look behind the scenes of some of Disney's major films. From the troubles of the '80s to the rise of computer animation and the return of animation as a respected genre. This documentary shows a time when some of the world's greatest films came to life and, most importantly, how. The interesting thing about the documentary is that everyone gets to speak. The events are factually told and moved by commentary from the protagonists. It is fascinating what happened during the turbulent time of the Disney studios. Plus, it's great to see Disney legends at work, step by step as they create their masterpieces.

Interesting, well edited, nostalgic and respectful where necessary and told as objectively as possible. With a final montage of all the films discussed that will make every Disney fan swoon with happiness.

3.5

They skip over The Black Cauldron way too quickly and babble on for too long about that 90's stuff from Disney. Sad but still interesting.
