In the age-old battle between cats and dogs, there's now a feline cat that's out of its clutches. Kitty Galore, formerly an agent for the cat spy organization MEOWS, has started his own business and has devised a diabolical plan. She not only wants to make all the dogs bite the dust for her, but also to destroy her former cat comrades and make one big scratching post of the world. Cats and dogs are forced to paw together to avert this threat. For the first time in history, they decide to be each other's allies to save themselves and their owners.
