"A horrifying vision of man's worst nightmare."

In the distant future, Earth was devastated by a massive nuclear disaster thousands of years ago. The air is polluted, water is very scarce and the only survivors are badly disfigured by the chemical radiation. Their future seems hopeless in the devastated no man's land. Until a mysterious angel decides to help the survivors.
