Gui Tu Lie Che plot
Sixteen years ago, mother and father left the poverty of the countryside to try their luck in the new economic zones. They left their daughter with her grandparents. Now they work long days in one of the many drab factories from which the west is supplied with cheap clothing. The hardest work, however, is the New Year's trip. Yet they always succeed, but will they also manage to keep the family together and let their daughter and her brother study well with the money sent home?
