Disappointing action film about a special police team that is deployed to fight drugs in Eastern Europe. A boring and rudderless plot that never manages to captivate. The acting is also quite disappointing. The few fight scenes in which Steven Seagal (whose glory days are far behind him) breaks bones the old-fashioned way certainly cannot save this film.

I wanted to give Seagal another chance in his later film career, but seeing this makes me glad he's not in The Expendables. He would earn it with his older record, but not with the series of straight to DVD movies like this. Pretty predictable and clichéd film, although it can still work out if you do something with it. And unfortunately Seagal doesn't. The action is too soft to make up for and he takes himself too seriously. Good for once, but I won't be seeing another Seagal anytime soon I'm afraid...

Beautiful film with solid framework from Seagal. Felt my own jaw crack with every blow! Was on the tip of my back throughout the entire movie. Seagal's better acting this time. Great directing, too, which let Seagal's qualities come to full fruition.
