Destroyer plot

"3,000 voltz couldn't kill him... It just gave him a buzz."

Muscular lust killer Ivan Moser is finally in the electric chair. The masked executioner flips the switch, but the fuses blow. The killer survived his execution. Seconds later, the female executioner falls to the ground in a deadly stranglehold. Moser flees and hides in the deepest vaults of the building, where he wants revenge.
