Internationally respected surgeon Dr. Josef, who specializes in operating conjoined twins, has a quirky vision for the future of the human race. Two pretty female American tourists are stranded on his luxurious estate. However, the next day, like a Japanese man, they wake up in his basement. But the surgeon doesn't intend to separate them like the conjoined twins, but rather to put them together.

The mastermind behind I Love Dries makes his international breakthrough with this controversial, much-discussed and opinion-dividing horror film. On their way to a party in a remote location in Germany, American tourists Lindsay [Ashley C. Williams] and Jenny [Ashlynn Yennie] get lost and stranded by a flat tire in a wooded area where only oversexed dirty men drive home at night. Fortunately, a light is on in a spacious house and Dr Heiter [Dieter Laser] is willing to help the ladies. But oops, this brilliant surgeon (specializing in separating conjoined twins) is looking for two more guinea pigs to follow up on a bizarre, sinister experiment he conducted on his three beloved (and now deceased) Rottweilers. Six takes its inspiration from Japanese horror and video nasty's from the early 80s and builds up the tension enormously. The scene in which Heiter explains what he is going to do in a completely clinical way to his terrified 'patients' is a masterful move, but the ironic twist at the end bears witness to the originality and the pleasantly sick spirit of Tom Six. Laser is unforgettable!

The Human Centipede First Sequence is a somewhat strange movie. Sitting with amazement on my tongue watching what I got to see. Anyway, I didn't find it all that spectacular. In the sense that I couldn't do much with it. The doctor was a scary man that he played very well.
