The Bridge to Nowhere plot

Four boys from a slum in Pittsburgh accidentally run into two girls who are self-employed prostitutes. The boys become their pimps and start a lucrative escort service and drug trade. Over the course of the year, the foursome earn a lot of money, but then everything goes wrong.
