"No one needs anything here. It's all about want."

The story is set in the circles of the hip, rich young people in New York. White Mike is a young wannabe drug dealer who drops out of private school in the upper east side and focuses on his business. He does not smoke or drink, but only attends the parties to sell his new drug 'twelve'. Big problems arise for Mike when his cousin Charlie is murdered in the street and his best friend is arrested as the perpetrator.

Ugh, I don't really know what to think. On the one hand, you keep following carefully and on the other hand, it is clearly not a film that will stay in my head for a long time. Too much voice over to begin with, and indeed a lot of superficiality. But that's also what the film is about: young people who, due to a lack of family support and perspective, are on drugs or mentally lost. Central character White Mike is in the same situation but does not get the attention he deserves because Schumacher wants to bet equally on all those other characters. There are too many of them and therefore he fails to work out anything.

I personally really liked this movie with a good mix of action and drama.

The actors were all very creditable, including Curtis Jackson.

That his role is "cliche" is normal or did the drug dealer have very sympathetic, friendly and the

laughing the whole movie maybe?

Only the "voice" I sometimes found disturbing and unnecessary; the viewer is smart enough to read the story without

to understand that "saw".
