Roxy Hunter and the Myth of the Mermaid plot

After a soaking girl is found outside the coffee shop nearby, Roxy takes her home. The girl turns out to have amnesia, which is why Roxy calls her 'Annie Nonymous'. Annie acts very strange and when Roxy investigates further she finds out that Annie is a mermaid looking for her family.
