Kodomo no Shiki plot

Sequel to Shimizu's Kaze no naka no kodomo, also based on a novel by Joji Tsubota. The young brothers Zenta and Sanpei have always been told that they never had grandparents. Sanpei sees an acceptable replacement in an old man who regularly rides horses at a friend's house. Then it turns out that he really is their grandfather and that his existence was denied by their parents because he had disinherited the mother. At the same time, their friendship with Kintaro is complicated by the fact that his father sells the place where the children used to hang out. The children resolve the tensions, but the parents of all three throw a spanner in the works.
