Dio, Come Ti Amo! is about a beautiful young Italian swimmer who befriends her Spanish colleague in Barcelona, whom she once saved from drowning in a competition. The Spanish girl and her betrothed come to visit the swimmer in Naples and gradually the betrothed falls in love with the Italian. Fortunately, she has another brother, so the Spanish girl can also be covered.
