Gam Chin Dai Gwok plot
Police Chief Inspector Lak is in charge of a group of corrupt cops in Hong Kong. When the British get tired of corruption, they set up the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). This is concerned with the fight against local organized crime. Led by Inspector Yin, the organization's biggest task is to tackle the corrupt police. However, Lak and his men do everything they can to make it difficult for the ICAC.
