Kay is a car thief. Her father Sebas got involved in several things, but they always went very wrong. When stolen jewelry has to be brought to Sebas by the corrupt cop Garro, Sebas gets a good idea: he takes the whole deal and threatens to sell the tape to the press. Sebas soon finds out that Garro isn't the only corrupt cop in the force.
