State Secret plot
While American cardiac surgeon Dr. John Marlowe is visiting England, he is asked to operate on General Niva, the dictator of the Balkan state of Vosnia. When Niva dies, Colonel Galcon, the head of the Secret Service, wants Marlowe to take over Niva's job. The population must not know that the Niva is dead. In addition, Marlowe is a risk factor: he knows too much. Desperate Marlowe manages to flee and gets help along the way from English-speaking actress Lisa Robinson. But the Secret Service is hot on both their heels.
