Feng Yue plot
In 1911, young Zhongliang arrives at the largest estate of the decadent, opium-addicted Pang family. He dreams of a future as a student, but is made a jack-of-all-trades by his older sister's daughter-in-law Xiuyi. Zhongliang flees to Beijing but ends up in Shanghai. Inducted into a powerful criminal family that has mastered the art of seducing and extorting wealthy women, he is tasked with seducing the heiress of the Pang clan.
