Novela na Santa Casa plot

Beauty, dreams and friendship in Rio de Janeiro, where women queue for hours for a consultation with plastic surgeon Professor Pitanguy. Very early in the morning, more than a hundred women are already waiting in an endless line in front of Santa Casa de Misericordia, a health center in Rio de Janeiro. The women don't look sick, but they wait until the doors of the plastic surgery department open. They all hope to come today for a consultation with the famous professor Ivo Pitanguy, better known as the Golden Scalpel. He performs the procedures at cost price, so that his craftsmanship makes beauty affordable for many women. The documentary follows a number of women.
