"Anything is possible if you just believe"
A 9-year-old boy moves to a village on the shore of a lake. There he befriends a captain who claims that a mythical sea monster named Nessie lives in their otherwise peaceful waters. Just when the story about Nessie turns out to be true, the boy goes on a special mission to save the city from a corporate villain.
