"Love thy neighbor... just don't get caught!"
Diego is in charge of a Mexican restaurant in East Los Angeles. The restaurant is owned by his grandmother. Diego has a secret relationship with Pablo, a real estate agent. Diego wants to make their relationship known, but that runs into major problems with Pablo, who ends the relationship abruptly. This makes Diego decide to leave Los Angeles to make his dream come true: to open his own top restaurant. Meanwhile, Diego has got new neighbors: Wes and Jonathon. Wes is very attracted to Diego. To Diego's horror, Pablo has started a relationship with Bianca, Diego's aunt.
