Bezbog plot
In a remote Bulgarian village, Gana takes care of demented people. She uses their IDs to commit fraud on the black market. At home she takes care of her unemployed mother, with whom she hardly talks. Her love affair with her boyfriend, a mechanic, is chilled and sexless and limited to a shared morphine addiction. It all seems to have no effect on Gana's conscience. It changes when Gana hears the music from the patient Yoan, whose ID card has also been misused. A growing admiration for the old man affects her conscience and she is ready to change. When Yoan is arrested for fraud, Gana understands that getting back on track isn't easy.
