"Control. Alter. Delete."
Five teenagers meet while chatting. Everyone has their own reasons for wanting to talk to strangers, to want to be someone else for a while. Led by one of them, William, they form their own chat group. He encourages them to push their limits, so that they dare to be themselves more and more. Except William himself. He hates his real life and makes up for that by being a manipulative sociopath online. The target of his power play: the weakest link of the group.

Tried this dvd once and thought it was a good film. The chatrooms were depicted originally, just like the story.
The cast also did not do badly and came across convincingly.
I thought it was worth seeing.

Nicely designed but ultimately rather simplistic thriller about five teenagers who get to know each other in an exclusive chat room. However, one of them has sinister motives. The cast consists of actors who have made it, but unfortunately the performance here is still mediocre. The blame lies mainly with director Hideo Nakata, who does provide a visually attractive film, but forgets to tell an interesting and/or captivating story.
