Casper's Scare School plot
Casper, the sweetest ghost on earth, has a very pleasant and cozy life. No one is afraid of him or has ever gotten mad at Casper. He makes everyone happy except... Kibosh, the ruler of the ghost world. Kibosh thinks that Casper scares too few people. As punishment, Casper has to really terrify someone for the first time in his ghost life, otherwise he will be banished to the land of the 'crazy' ghosts. Casper does his very best, but in fact he is much too sweet to scare people. When Casper's nephew Spooky wants to help him, the adventures really start when Casper is sent to the 'Scare School'.
