Ricardo is a flopped comedian with few sjans. He tries in vain to gain fame by performing in Bogota's bar. His heart is broken because his girlfriend broke up with him and is now having an affair with a rich older man. He meets the attractive Margarita and falls in love again. When he is mistaken for the owner of a radio station, he decides to pose as a millionaire.
