Quai des Blondes plot

Jacques Fenner leads a gang specializing in the smuggling of American cigarettes between Marseille, Casablanca and Tangier. Taking on Lucky Esposito's rival gang, he is determined to confiscate their shipment of cigarettes. The singer Barbara and Nelly, Esposito's girlfriend, are not insensitive to Jacques's charms. Meanwhile, a Commissioner is making frantic efforts to end the illegal trade. Esposito is arrested, all his supporters are rounded up and Barbara manages to win the heart of Jacques.
