"The lure of loveliness and the greed for gold lead four to fearful death...as the Falcon grapples with his most merciless foe!"
While vacationing in San Francisco, Tom "The Falcon" Lawrence and his partner Goldie Locke met adorable little girl Annie, whose caretaker has just been murdered. When The Falcon escorts Anne to her home, he is arrested for kidnapping, but the mysterious Doreen Temple bails him out. Not long after, The Falcon is aboard the steamship 'Citadel' because of a silk smuggling criminal network led by former booze smuggler Duke Monette.
