The Arnelo Affair plot
Anne Parkson feels neglected by her husband and lawyer Ted. She enters into an extramarital affair with nightclub owner Tony Arnelo. Arnelo is a shady figure and also a client of Anne's husband. When Claire Lorrison is murdered by Arnelllo, Anne's watch is found near the body. Arnelo also threatens to kill Anne unless she remains silent. Anne is the only one who knows that Arnelo is guilty.
