Johnny Mad Dog plot

The story of Johnny Mad Dog is set in today's Africa. Fifteen-year-old Johnny, a child soldier with raps, armed to the teeth, is driven by the "mad dog" he wants to become. With his small commando consisting of Baby AK, Small Devil and Chili Pepper, he steals, loots and unceremoniously slaughters anyone who crosses his path. A gang of youngsters playing war, driven by Hollywood movies and all kinds of misinformation. Pushing her handicapped father in a wobbly wheelbarrow, Laokolé, 16, tries to imagine the bright future that her brilliant school results seemed to open to her. She wants to flee with her little brother Fofo, 10 years old, from her city, which is at the mercy of the militias of the child soldiers. As Johnny advances, Laokolé flees. A youth nipped in the bud, an Africa devastated by absurd wars, a people that despite everything tries to survive and to preserve its own piece of humanity.
