Gai Shi Ying Xiong plot
A Chinese 'general' and his four-strong 'troop' are almost out of money. They travel to the city of Guangzhou to try to earn money by selling turtles and building the largest horse racing track in China with the profit. But when one of the men joins a gang leader in pursuit of some wealth, the general and the other men try to compete by going to work in Hong Kong for a shady businessman who pays them 'under the table'. Residing illegally in Hong Kong, the soldiers must find a way out of the shadows of illegality to fulfill their dream of the racetrack.
