Legend of the Sea plot

In the dawn of all time a mighty dragon rules the weather and water. The overlord of the rain and the seas in the mortal world, the dragon king of the Eastern Sea, rules in his palace deep beneath the waves. Draco, the little dragon prince, son and successor of the dragon king, is playful and rebellious. In a moment of folly, he steals the luminescent pearl, the treasure and the source of his power as ruler, just to play with it. Will he be ambushed by the evil octopus Ocho, the king's nemesis? It is said that all power belongs to whoever owns the luminous pearl.
