"Some rentals are too good to be true"

Sayaka has just moved into her first apartment. While she is having a housewarming party with friends, a strange force comes over Sayaka and makes her behave very strangely. Immediately afterwards she jumps over the balcony railing from the thirteenth floor, to her death. Her older sister, Mariko, is assigned the task of getting rid of her sister's belongings. As grief begins to take its toll on Mariko, she sees Sayaka's ghost begging her for help. When a detective begins to question her about her sister's apparent suicide, he tells her that this isn't the first time someone has died there, but that there have been a whole host of victims already, all suicides and all in the same apartment. Gradually she discovers the truth about the apartment and the "evil" begins to show itself to Mariko and turn her life into a nightmare.
